Group classes are held at Milton Manor in Middle Grove, New York.
Private training is available within 30 minutes of Glenville, New York.
Online courses can be accessed anywhere.
Hello! I’m Shannon Frame.
Owner of Frame of Mind Dog Training LLC.
I am a lifelong animal lover, and a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I use positive reinforcement training methods, which are scientifically proven to be effective in a variety of situations.
I would be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding your dog’s training. It is my goal to help you find the best training plan possible for you and your dog.

EASY-TO-FOLLOW ONLINE COURSE TO BUILD YOUR DOG’S LEASH SKILLS
A self-paced, online course designed to help both you and your canine companion master the techniques needed for a more enjoyable experience during leash walking. This course offers comprehensive video demonstrations, in-depth written guidance, and downloadable summaries to provide a thorough understanding of the content.
Group Classes
Group classes are a great way to learn new skills with your dog. And with a maximum of five dogs per class, you will get plenty of individual feedback to help you both succeed.
Classes meet for 50 minutes, once a week
Beginner
Classes offered – Puppy Preschool and Basic Manners
These classes will help get your puppy or dog off to a good start. You will learn the basics of positive reinforcement training, and your dog will learn behaviors that will be useful in everyday life. Includes access to video demonstrations for use outside of class. Rescue dogs get a 10% discount on beginner classes.
Intermediate
Classes offered – Intermediate Manners and Sports & Tricks.
Both of these classes will build on the skills taught in Basic Manners. Intermediate Manners focuses on training for real life situations while reducing the use of treats. Sports and Tricks is a fun class to introduce you and your dog to a variety of activities that are great for energetic dogs.
Advanced
Class offered – Advanced Manners/CGC
A six week class to prepare you and your dog for the American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen test. The first five weeks will be spent training for real world situations, and the test will be given in the last class.
